The PPM1 uses an electrolytic, phosphorus pentoxide sensor in combination with a proprietary semipermeable diffusion membrane to measure trace moisture as parts per million by volume (ppmv) water vapor or dew/frost point in dry inert gases.The PPM1 is modular and may be mounted remotely. It is packaged in an IP66/67, NEMA 4 enclosure and comes complete with two FORM A relay alarm contacts, two analog current outputs and a RS-232 bi-directional serial interface for continuous monitoring. It may be configured for flow-through or diffusion operation.
