ELH Series – Precision Humidity Chambers
- A group of precision calibration chambers incorporating programmable controllers plus primary method DewMaster chilled mirror hygrometers
- Highly accurate temperature and humidity control similar in performance to two-pressure method devices but at a significantly lower price
- Delivered with multi-point, NIST traceable, ISO/IEC 17025 accredited certification
Model X3 Chilled Mirror Hygrometer Sensor
- Chemically resistant sensor housing and mirror eliminate sensor failures when measuring dew/frost point in aggressive background gases
- Chamber design and high efficiency heat exchanger result in the ability to measure very low frost points
- Hinged cover plate allows easy access to the mirror for cleaning and inspection
CAM Compressed Air Module
- Sample chamber allows safe isolation and servicing of sensor probe at pressurized sample takeoff point
- For installation and use with HP125 and Sentry humidity probes
- Provides ball valve to isolate probe from process pressure and bleeder valve to allow flow of sample gas past the probe sensor
