Wide Range, One Analyzer
Monitors oxygen across trace (PPM) and full percent levels—no need for separate analyzers.

Built for Integration
Supports multiple outputs including loop power, 4–20 mA, and RS485 for easy PLC/control system integration.

Durable and Compact
Anodized aluminum housing protects in demanding process conditions without the bulk of a full panel system.

Minimal Maintenance
Long-life sensor reduces replacement frequency; calibration required only annually under typical use.

Custom Configuration
Available in multiple wiring formats and mounting styles to meet varied installation requirements.

Q: What is the difference between this analyzer and a standard % oxygen meter?
A: The AM507 measures oxygen from ultra-low trace PPM levels to 25%, offering a much broader and more precise range than most standard oxygen meters.

Q: Can the AM507 be used outdoors?
A: It’s designed for indoor industrial use in controlled environments. For outdoor or NEMA-rated applications, consult Edgetech for custom enclosures.

Q: What is the measurement range?
A: The AM-507 measures oxygen concentrations from 0.01 ppm (10 parts per billion) up to 100% O₂, depending on the installed sensor. This wide dynamic range makes it suitable for trace-level oxygen detection in inert gas systems as well as high-percentage oxygen measurement in enriched gas environments or oxygen purity monitoring.

Q: How often does the sensor require calibration or replacement?
A: Oxygen sensors should be calibrated periodically. The factory recommends calibration every 2 to 3 months or as your specific application dictates. A simple air calibration provides excellent linearity, or a certified span gas may be used to maximize accuracy.

Q: What output options are available?
A: The AM-507 is available in configurations including 2-wire loop-powered, 3-wire with isolated 4–20 mA output, and 6-wire versions with RS-485 Modbus ASCII for bi-directional
