Scope

Edgetech Instruments takes your privacy seriously. This policy covers how Edgetech Instruments uses the personal information which it collects and receives. However, we cannot absolutely guarantee that that the personal information which we collect will never be disclosed in a manner inconsistent with this policy.

Emails

Email addresses supplied via ‘Contact Us’ pages may be kept in Edgetech Instruments Inc.’s (ETI’s) customer databases and ETI employees’ contact files. Further, after filling in and submitting a contact form or request for information on our website, you may receive an email to confirm reception of your request and/or receive future ETI mailings. ETI will never sell obtained contact information to any person or entity. ETI will comply with any recipients contacting ETI directly with instructions to remove their contact information from our databases.

Google Analytics

When someone visits our website, we use a third party service, Google Analytics & Services, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.

Cookies

Our website uses one cookie, that enables users to login into the site. However, we do not use cookies to collect personal data.
